Policies & agreements
Terms of Service
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Keyward”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of the keyward.cc platform, dashboard, loader/connector, and APIs (the “Service”).
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Billing & Refund Policy below. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you can bind it.
2. The Service & neutral platform
Keyward provides licensing infrastructure: license keys, end-user accounts, HWID/device binding, a downloadable loader/connector, reseller tooling, webhooks and an API. Keyward is a neutral platform — we do not create, own, or vet the software, payloads, or content sellers distribute (“Seller Content”). You are solely responsible for your Seller Content and your relationship with your customers (“End Users”).
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for all activity under your account and staff sub-accounts, and for keeping credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us of unauthorised access at support@keyward.cc.
4. Acceptable use
Your use — and everything you distribute — must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy below. You may not use Keyward to distribute malware, infringe IP, circumvent third-party security/terms, or for anything unlawful.
5. Seller responsibilities
You represent you have all rights needed to distribute your Seller Content and to process your End Users’ data. You are the data controller for your End Users’ data; we act as your processor. You are responsible for your own pricing, taxes, refunds, and support to End Users. You grant us a limited licence to host and transmit your Seller Content solely to operate the Service.
6. Fees & billing
Plans and per-license usage charges are described on the pricing page and the Billing & Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for all fees and taxes.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use it. You retain ownership of your Seller Content. You may not reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Suspension & termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, legal requirements, or to protect the Service or others. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior three months or USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] from claims arising out of your Seller Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Please first try to resolve disputes by contacting legal@keyward.cc.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Keyward”) collects, uses, and protects personal data on keyward.cc. For data sellers collect about their own End Users, the seller is the controller and Keyward acts as a processor.
1. Data we collect
- Seller account: email, brand name, hashed password, 2FA enrolment, and limited billing data from Stripe (plan, status, card last four).
- End-user data (for sellers): usernames, optional emails, hashed passwords, license keys, and device identifiers (HWID), IP addresses, and session/activation logs.
- Technical: log data, approximate location from IP, device/browser info, and essential cookies to keep you signed in.
2. How we use it
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; authenticate users and bind licenses; prevent fraud and abuse; process payments; communicate about your account; and comply with law.
3. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
Contract, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement), legal obligation, and consent where required (e.g. optional marketing).
4. Sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it with providers under contract: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting/CDN). We may disclose data where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Transfers, retention & security
Providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). We keep data while your account is active and as needed, then delete or anonymise it, subject to legal retention. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and row-level security.
6. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict your data, and to object to certain processing (GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA for California residents). Contact privacy@keyward.cc. If you are an End User of a seller, please contact that seller.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Acceptable Use Policy
This sets out what is and isn’t allowed on Keyward and applies to everyone and all Seller Content. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content & uses
- Malware — viruses, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, RATs, stealers, cryptojackers, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorised access.
- Game cheats & anti-cheat circumvention — cheats, hacks, aimbots, or tools whose purpose is to violate a game’s or platform’s terms, or to bypass or tamper with anti-cheat, DRM, or other technical protection measures.
- Circumvention tools — software primarily meant to bypass security, licensing, or the terms of other services.
- Infringing or stolen material — including cracked, pirated, or leaked software or keys.
- Illegal goods/services, fraud tools, carding, or stolen credentials.
- Fraud, phishing & impersonation, and spam or misuse of webhooks/APIs to overload third parties.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities.
- Content that harasses, threatens, or violates others’ rights.
2. Prohibited technical activity
No attacking or disrupting the Service (DoS/DDoS, exploitation, unauthorised scanning), reverse engineering the loader/platform except as allowed by law, circumventing limits, exposing API keys in violation of your plan, or unauthorised scraping.
3. Grey-area / high-risk uses
Some automation (scraping, account automation, checkout/“sneaker” bots) may violate a target platform’s terms even when not illegal. You are responsible for compliance; we may decline or remove such use at our discretion.
4. Enforcement & reporting
We may remove content, disable keys, throttle, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations, with or without notice, and report serious violations to law enforcement. Report abuse to abuse@keyward.cc.
Copyright / DMCA Policy
Keyward respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the DMCA and comparable laws.
1. Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to dmca@keyward.cc including: your signature; identification of the work; identification of the infringing material and where to find it; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
2. What we do
On a valid notice we may remove or disable the material, notify the seller, and disable associated keys or products. We may forward your notice (including contact details) to the seller.
3. Counter-notice & repeat infringers
If your material was removed by mistake you may send a counter-notice with the required elements; we may restore it unless the complainant files a court action within the period required by law. We disable or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Billing & Refund Policy
1. Plans & charges
A subscription fee is billed in advance each period; per-license usage is charged by duration when a license is redeemed. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
2. Renewals & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable, including subscription fees and usage for licenses already redeemed. Believe you were charged in error? Contact support@keyward.cc within 14 days. EU/UK consumers keep any statutory cancellation rights that apply.
4. Failed payments, price changes & chargebacks
Failed payments may lead to retries, feature restriction, or suspension until cleared. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice, effective at your next renewal. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in suspension.
5. Your sales to your customers
This policy covers what you pay Keyward. Prices, taxes, and refunds for products you sell to your own End Users are your responsibility.
